What Business includes

  • Everything in Pro, on the same shared infrastructure.
  • Pay by card, or by invoice: bank transfer, with your PO number on the invoice.
  • Net 30 payment terms. Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • NDA, DPA and service agreement, signed by both parties on request. Our standard DPA is published.
  • Vendor assessments and procurement questionnaires, completed on request.
  • The same named contact for commercial and technical matters, every time. No ticket queue. Every question gets priority, with a first response within 1 business day.
  • Annual billing, with a 10% discount.

Your data, protected

  • Your content is never used to train or fine-tune AI models — not by us, not by anyone.
  • You own your content. We process it only to serve you, and delete it within 60 days of your request.
  • A GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement.
  • Backed by a standard Master Subscription Agreement and DPA, ready for your legal team to review.
  • We never use your name or logo without your written consent.

What Enterprise includes

  • Everything in Business, running on hardware that serves only you. No shared capacity. No noisy neighbors.
  • The full Microlink API, running on your dedicated environment: screenshots, PDF generation, metadata extraction, markdown, link preview, and every other product we offer.
  • Your own API endpoint, isolated from other customers, backed by a dedicated pool of always-ready browsers.
  • Your own S3-like storage for assets, with no time-to-live (TTL) restrictions.
  • Your own worldwide CDN: 340+ nodes, powered by Cloudflare.
  • Never rate-limited. Traffic spikes are served, not blocked — bursts flow and settle up later, with no throttling or surprise cutoffs.
  • 99.9% uptime SLA, backed by service credits and response-time credits.
  • Priority support via email and a dedicated Slack channel, with direct access to the Microlink team and a 12-hour maximum response time.

Simple, predictable pricing:
Pricing is two numbers: infrastructure and usage. Infrastructure is a flat subscription for your dedicated environment. Usage scales linearly with your traffic, the same model as Microlink Pro. Growth never touches your subscription.
Pay by invoice or card. Invoices are net 30 — payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. The subscription is billed monthly in advance, and usage in arrears.
Annual commitments get a 10% discount, with custom volume discounts as your usage grows. Final terms are negotiated to fit your needs.
